VII Capital Funding, Inc. originated in 1995. The company; began in construction in 1978. Prior to incorporating, over the 15-year timespan We received a Florida State General Contractors License as well a Florida State General Roofing License, Connecticut State Brokers License for Real Estate & Mortgage and New York Real Estate Brokerage License; as well as furthering business designations. VII Partners are recognized members and consultants with such organizations as the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), United States Chamber of Commerce (USCC) and the United Nations, under their Global Market Place Registration.
